Sleep

by miramaze @ Monday, 12. May, 2008 - 00:37:12

Sleep ..I must sleep ... I'm all done in after an intensive weekend. We were all stuck indoors while the rest of Stockholm enjoyed the fantasic glöriously summery weather which is apparently going to be 10C again mid week :(

I'm sorry
Please forgive me
Thank you
I love you .. and will catch up with you all again soon

A quick look in

by miramaze @ Friday, 09. May, 2008 - 23:02:09

..before I turn in :)
Today went better than I thought it would. :) I am grateful to my body for getting me there and helping me be present and focused.

One fringe benefit with helping out at these seminars is that we get a meals allowance which is fun for me as I don't often eat out. Today's meal of scampi friti, rice and salad was yummy.A glass of wine would have been great , but of course frowned upon while working.

LOVELY crescent moon again in the west :)

Now shower to wash off the day and then bed. Setting the alarm for 6:30

Have a great weekend

by miramaze @ Friday, 09. May, 2008 - 10:01:20

I saw the waxing crescent moon last night through the kitchen window. A beautiful silver crescent in a dark blue sky. Thought there was no point in taking a pic as the camera doesn't do her justice.

Decided to take it easy and get lots of sleep as I have this challenging weekend and visitors coming next week. I'm excited beyond belief

So, I won't be on line much these next few days and probably won't be replying to comments :( Sorry.

Hope you are all "Loving- What- Is " :) have a great weekend

Breathing in .. breathing out ...and enjoying .

by miramaze @ Thursday, 08. May, 2008 - 10:32:42

A lovely sunny day, blue skies , sunshine , birdies tweeting away trees leafy and green, everything starting to bloom and explode... it's bloody marvellous :)

My throat feels as if has been sandblasted :( eyes watery .... damn these allergies ! It's two hours now since I woke up and the meds are beginning to kick in . Relief. I refuse to go under. I'm working this weekend too .. it happens .... assisting at a Psychosynthesis training weekend, Friday to Sunday and it's Psychopathology this time :)) :)) might as well get in the mood and spirit of things.

I am particularly excited about this weekend as this will be the third time I am with this group and teacher. They are now in their third and final year with only two more training weekends to go. Bless them.

3 days after that Meno arrives followed by Mr & Mrs S&F and Old Nick , plus my friend Marcia who used to live here will be in town and wants to meet. It's all happening at once. Ain't it always the way ? :)) :) I'm so excited.

Breathing in ... breathing out ...and so enjoying this ride :)
 Enjoy your day , everyone !

Out with the old

by miramaze @ Wednesday, 07. May, 2008 - 12:52:44

Out with the old , in with the new.Has to be done. It takes time getting rid of stuff. First there is the will to let go and then the desire to get rid of it properly. Some of it can be used and some of it chucked away and hopefully recycled, which means sorting out into glass, electronic, hard plastic, fabric , paper .. it's quite a task .

My hall is full of rubbish and stuff , some of it for the tip and some for the charity shop who've promised to come and pick it up on Friday morning. Mikael is coming around at 3 pm today after his dental appointment. :) I hope the dentist is kind to him. ;)

I must keep reminding myself not to bring anything into my home that I don't need.

:)

I can relax now :)

Where's Mr and Mrs Pidge ?

by miramaze @ Tuesday, 06. May, 2008 - 19:37:59

Where's Mr and Mrs Pidge?

The little ones have been on their own all day as far as I can tell.
It's getting late and there's no sign of the parents.
Where can they be ?
I hope they come soon.
The sun is setting and it's getting cold out there.
The little ones need their mum and dad to keep them warm.

Mumbling into midnight

by miramaze @ Monday, 05. May, 2008 - 23:29:58

So , tax returns have been handed in.
Glad that is done.

Bought two notebooks on the way home. They were on sale and greatly reduced. I have so many but I write a lot. Books for different purposes. One of favourite quotes , another is a journal, another for soul sister meetings, work ideas, odds and ends, etc etc .

Rearraged some furniture. I now have bookshelves right next to me , within easy reach .

Also phoned the charity shop. They will be coming to pick up several bags of stuff and the coffee table on Friday, if it isn't sold by then. I have an ad in the Swedish equivalent of Ebay. It's the first time I've done it - don't know what to expect. I'm crap at selling things- much rather give them away.

I have piles and piles of papers to sort through. Old letters , cards . I can't keep them all... have tgo bless them and let them go.

 Well.. nearly midnight now. I still have to turn out my pockets and do the money spell. TTFN.... xxx

Noon on New Moon day

by miramaze @ Monday, 05. May, 2008 - 12:12:46

Noon is a magic time  perfect time for mira mumbles :))

A sunny day , blue skies, a little chilly.
Today is the day we hand in our Tax Returns. They have to be in by midnight and many, including myself trot along to the Tax Office in town to hand in our tax forms personally. It's both a tradition and a sport as some people try to see if they can be last as the boxes close at midnight.

Last year , my camera was new and I took pictures. Maybe I'll take pics this year too.

I must also remember to turn out my pockets , it being the new moon  and vaccuum tidy and dust the flat. Then I can also do my money spell ;)

" money on the floor , money through the door " x 3 , standing outside the door and throwing coins in , letting them to roll and loand wherever they choose. They will not be moved until the full moon and hopefully will have brought in some extra cash.

Happy New Moon Day everyone  xxx's

Happy birthday jaketaylor !

by miramaze @ Monday, 05. May, 2008 - 11:41:52

Happy Birthday dear Jake , happy birthday to you !

" realize that you create your own reality from every thought, word, and action. Rather than thinking analytically, explore your creative genius. Recognize the power of affirmations and the need to protect yourself from negative thoughts in the psychic atmosphere. Remember that \naming\ objects and people is a magical art. All names are composed of letters, and each letter carries a numerical and spiritual vibration. The abracadabras and open sesames of children's stories rekindle the magic of using words as mantrams of power, or phrases of enchantment. Keep in mind that once the genie is \out of the bottle,\ some danger of misusing power is always present. However, that danger can be transformed into a great adventure of consciousness and mental expansion. Let the light of innocence and imagination rekindle your passion for learning. "

Yeahhh ..have a very good day ... and good luck with the tatoo !

Happy Birthday neilemac

by miramaze @ Monday, 05. May, 2008 - 11:20:52

Happy Birthday dear Neil !

Here's a message from Mother Goose ;

"Open yourself to the birth potential within you. The primordial egg is hatching. New life and new beginnings are becoming actualized. Watch your dreams for clues about the future. Feel the abundance of life within your heart. Experience the joy of sensual touch. Let the healing powers of the plant kingdom work their magic within your mind and your etheric or energy body. Realize that each chakra or center within your etheric body is like an egg waiting to crack open and reveal its spiritual splendor. Mother Goose is the provider of a wealth of manifestation. She offers you an egg, whereiin lies the whole of your universe. "

Bless you as you work and play. May the Force be with you. Lots of love and hugs to you !

Tina Guo

by miramaze @ Sunday, 04. May, 2008 - 13:23:50

My second awesome discovery of the day is Tina Guo. What an amazing young woman. What an amazing sound ! I love the cello and I love what she does with it. Amazing ! www.tinaguo.com is her website .( i'm having trouble with links today :)) )

www.tinaguo.com

"When I play my cello, I am completely pure, naked, and open. I long for the moments when my outer shell no longer matters. I hunger for every genuine tear of sorrow, joy, or understanding shared. When you can hear me for who I am, and see me in a way that doesn't involve looking at me, but rather looking through me, only then can I be satisfied.

When I play, I see ghosts. I am only aware of undiluted emotions manifesting; those that arise from the tribulations of life and of death, of the most beautiful love and the most heart wrenching grief. The same purity of feeling that has inspired every creator of art, of music; every human being that has ever dreamed of an ideal, lives in the flowing melodies. Expression through an abstract is blessed in its form to be free from the stains of reality.

When I make music, I rediscover my identity. Not a daughter, a sister, a lover, nor a friend, but only one soul connected to every other person that has walked the earth.

I ache to show you what is inside my heart. I ache to be understood. I ache for all of us to understand our humanity. I ache to tell the world an eternal story. Watch me, hear me pray in the only way I know how."

WOW !

 bless

Starting the day with Devil's Trill

by miramaze @ Sunday, 04. May, 2008 - 12:08:36

I was reading a long long email about DNA and Spiritual Science in which Tartini's Devil's Trill Sonata was mentioned as an example of hypercommunication. Here is a sample of the sonata along with the story of how it came into being.

The pop version with Vanessa Mae

From Wikipedia

"The Violin Sonata in G minor, more famously known as the Devil's Trill Sonata is a famous work for solo violin (with figured bass accompaniment) by Giuseppe Tartini (1692–1770), famous for being extremely technically demanding, even today.

The story behind "Devil's Trill" starts with a dream. Tartini allegedly told the French astronomer Jérôme Lalande that he dreamed that The Devil appeared to him and asked to be his servant. At the end of their lessons Tartini handed the devil his violin to test his skill—the devil immediately began to play with such virtuosity that Tartini felt his breath taken away. When the composer awoke he immediately jotted down the sonata, desperately trying to recapture what he had heard in the dream. It was successful with his audience; however, Tartini lamented that the piece was still far from what he had heard in his dream. What he had written was in his own words "so inferior to what [he] had heard, that if [he] could have subsisted on other means, [he] would have broken [his] violin and abandoned music forever."

Mira mumbles about dream and other stuff

by miramaze @ Saturday, 03. May, 2008 - 14:30:24

This made me laugh " Sit, be still, and listen , for you are drunk and we are at the edge of the roof." a status message on Facebook.

Prof and Johanna were around to pick up the Aloe Vera juice and then went off to the J's parents country place.

I'm in my Sanctuary today , pottering around.

Silence
Stillness speaks
Out of the unconscious the conscious is born

I'm following the teachings of my inner sanctuary as I potter around and " Every step is a prayer "

Dream last night was intense and illuminating. It's the sort that doesn't translate well into words. There's a circle of people or could be be souls, and I'm receiving messages telepathically .. a bit like having a conversation with " all that Is " . In the dream I also have a sense of being ONE with ALL THAT IS .. " this is what it feels like ... I am experiencing oneness " I think to myself in the dream. Right at the end I look down and see a patch of vomit ! Talk about going from the sublime to the ridiculous. Something was " spewed up " there ;) Grounding.

In other news,

I'm feeling happy.
Lighthearted
Optimistic

 LOTS I should could be doing , but I prefer to stay in Lala land for now :lalala:

Stretching time

by miramaze @ Friday, 02. May, 2008 - 07:30:10

I think I stretched time this morning , or at least time stood still for a while. It happened between 6:50 and 6:55. I got such a lot done it that time ... it felt like 20 minutes. Weird.

::??:

I'm up early today

by miramaze @ Friday, 02. May, 2008 - 07:14:22

Had to announce that , especially as it doesn't happen very often ;)

Got up and got dressed at 6 am  'cos I felt like it :))

Listened to birds chirping away and the sound of morning stillness and silence.

No signs of life or activity outside yet - which is weird. I thought people got up early. Mind you , today is what is called a " sqeeze day " Yesterday, 1 May was a public holiday , so I expect many have made this Friday off thereby creating a long weekend.

:)
