All this blossoming and blooming that is going on outside is wreaking havock with my allergies ..swollen puffy eyes all wrinkly nose blocked ....feeling itchy and irritable screaming from beneath my skin .. meds don't seem to help much . I think I've got a cold on top of all this ... yellow snot .. usually sign of infection. O.K. more than you wanted to know , eh ?

Also working with the lower unconscious .. dreams etc .. Harald, my shrink, says it's necessary and is preparing me for working with clients . Praise coming from him !

Still ,, there's a lot of good things . Have been assisting Ps seminars and gaining valuable experience , Attended an expressive arts/ psychosynthesis workshop the other weekend run by Susanne , .. 7 of us creating and exploring our selves together .. was fun .

Heard Piero Ferrucci speak the other day at PsAkademin and met some of the students from the Gestalt group that I'll be assisting 14- 18 June - residential course near Malmköping :-)

Was at out in the country the other day at Ilze's. Ilze is Latvian , born in Sweden , an artist . Lovely paintings. Her house is old and welcoming and the garden full of fairies elves and Nature Beings. It was raining on and off but there was a huge strong RAINBOW that ended in the meadow just outside the house !! Bet there was a pot of gold there.

Maarja sent me a fairy card the other day too ...... the fairies are making themselves known to me .. how EXCITING !

Lessons We Learn From Geese
Author Unknown

Fact 1:
As each goose flaps its wings it creates an "uplift" for the birds that follow. By flying in a "V" formation, the whole flock adds 71% greater flying range than if each bird flew alone.

Lesson:
People who share a common direction and sense of community can get where they are going quicker and easier because they are travelling on the thrust of one another.

Fact 2:
When a goose falls out of formation, it suddenly feels the drag and resistance of flying alone. It quickly moves back into formation to take advantage of the lifting power of the bird immediately in front of it.

Lesson:
If we have as much sense as a goose we stay in formation with those headed where we want to go. We are willing to accept their help and give our help to others.

Fact 3:
When the lead goose tires, it rotates back into the formation and another goose flies to the point position.

Lesson:
It pays to take turns doing the hard tasks and sharing leadership. As with geese, people are interdependent on each other's skills, capabilities and unique arrangements of gifts, talents or resources.

Fact 4:
The geese flying in formation honk to encourage those up front to keep up their speed.

Lesson:
We need to make sure honking is encouraging. In groups where there is encouragement the production is much greater. The power of encouragement (to stand by one's heart or core values and encourage the heart and core of others) is the quality of honking we seek.

Fact 5:
When a goose gets sick, wounded, or shot down, two geese drop out of formation and follow it down to help and protect it. They stay with it until it dies or is able to fly again. Then, they launch out with another formation or catch up with the flock.

Lesson:
If we have as much sense as geese, we will stand by each other in difficult times as well as when we are strong.

To me this sounds like the torment of someone carrying a painfully heavy secret; someone searching blindly for the truth and suffering , because there are too many lies in the way. An artist, creatively expressing herself, using all that she has got.

I think the Christian Church as well as other churches do have many skeletons in their deep and murky pasts. Many dark dark secrets that they hope will remain hidden ,secrets that will never see the light of day , for ever and every , amen ?

I don't understand what could be so upsetting ? I mean .. it wasn't only Jesus that was crucified. Does the church hold a patent for the cross symbol ?Something is amiss here. If anyone knows , please share. Are the Christian leaders so insecure ? What could this have triggered in them ? Could it be an example of narcissistic wounding ? I am so curious. What does Madonna say ?

Men who like big fat women ... and I mean really big .. as in huge as in obese.

Watching this documentary about a couple Mark and Gina. Mark is obsessed with the thought of creating the world’s fattest woman, so he sets out to “grow” his wife.

I found myself loving my own padding and voluptuous curves and also disgusted by the Mark's obession with having the worlds fattest woman which was actually killing her. Mark's manipulative flattery that fed both Gina's body and
her self- esteem needs.

A bizarre co- dependent situation. In the end Gina becomes totally dependent on Mark, so fat that she isunable to ANYTHING by herself and in the end had to have surgery - a gastric bypass operation in order to lose weight or die !

Sad and so very complex.

I'm wondering if there are women who do this to men or is this a male thing ?

Seeing these HUGE women naked and trying to move around was morbidly fascinating rather like seeing a strange species , creatures from another planet,,,,,

I'm sitting there watching with a cocktai8l of emotions ; disgust, fascination , curiosity, sadness, empathy , sympathy , amazement , anger, overwhelm, confusion, frustration , disbelief .....

Mark managed to get her to 380 kilos - 800 pounds !!!
Gina curently weighs a mere 190 kilos (about 400 lbs) and Mark mourns this weight loss and is struggling to acept her as she is.
‘I miss the statistics,’ he says bleakly.

There I was Sitting there with this two pound slab of clay in my lap wondering what to do next.

It's the first time I've sat with a lump of clay in my lap and decide to use my body in the shaping for,- giving process.

I intend to keep this piece whole and involve my body and soul in this task.

First thing to do is to get this heavy lump of stuff into to a more managable pliable state.

I've no idea of what it was going to be and I don't want to know either , just yet.

I resist the urge to make it into something practical like a bowl or vase !!!

....came further instructions from my higher self as I sit there with my lump of clay , the parent creator responsible for breathing life into it, for birthing it.

Is this how God feels when it creates ?

I knead.....I squeeze...I pull and I pummel this lump of grey stuff. Bits of it fill my nails as they too dig in .

sweat starts to appear on my brow from the sheer effort of it all .. the concentration .. the focus....and then it starts to become malleable .. pliable ..bendy .....formable .

First it becomes a container .. then a chair appears in this mass... a throne ? ....but that disappears after a while .. that's not it ....no... that's not what is going to be .

Next , the whole lump goes into a plastic bag and I knead it from the outside before taking out and inspecting the result .

Tiny cracks have appeared in its parched " skin " .. like an elephant's skin .

I add water .. smoothing surfaces and the thing starts taking on a life of its own ...

A snake appears ,,,, ahhhh ... and compartments.. chambers.. rooms .

More clay gets stuck under my finger nails but who cares ....I'm hooked and creating , totally immersed , lost in the process of giving birth .... and then .. time is up and voila ..... a work of art is born !

THE TAURUS FULL MOON OCCURS
May 13th, 2:52 a.m. US EDT, 6:52 a.m. GMT, 7:52 a.am EC

The energies of this special full moon at WESAK are potent.
I find myself waking up every couple of hours during the night and feeling especially dozy around 6pm. Yesterday or was it the day before I slept for a couple of hours from 7pm - 10:30 pm and then and the n 11:30 pm right through the night for 11 hours. Intense collage- like dreams , segments that keep repeating themselves as if I were processing something in my subconscious. Definitely a lot of inner work going on .. clearing. Is anyone else experiencing this ?

When Spring / summer springs here in Sweden,everything changes. Walking around Stockholm you'd think absolutely everyone was on holiday. Most people are outdoors and therefore indoor computer time is less. We are all addicted to light and bow before the great Sun god / goddess that turns us a healthy looking brown.

I think the Sun is male and the Moon is female. Speaking of which , there is a very special full moon , The Wesak Full moon on 12th. A powerful time it is . More about that later.

For now , all I want to do is to put in an appearance AND manifest a bath tub- a free standing one , with little lion's claw feet. It can't be too big either as there's not much space in my bathroom. There did used to be a bath there , but the previous tennants ripped it out, sad , really, very sad.

There are few things in life better than a leisurely soak in the bath - by candlelight, moonlight or sunlight. Bubbles or no bubbles. Champagne, wine or water; with lover or without. All good.

Dearest Universe and Delivery Angels of Bath Tubs, thank you for all your gifts and blessings. I now welcome delivery and installation of my perfect bath tub. Thank you .. with love and kisses xxxxx m
