A note to myself :

There's a lot going in the windmills of my mind.
I need to get away from the P.C. out into fresh air ...walk ..... give the old grey matter an airing and body a well deserved walkabout.

Resistance.

The mind is as cunning as a fox,

So easy to stay put .

Out ... I say .. out !

09:00 a.m. Phone rings. N. wants to know what I'm up to.

I'm trying to figure out my electricity bill.

Why on earth would you start the day by looking at bills ?

I don't know .... you are right .. it's daft .. I'll stop immediately !

I regain something that resembles a consciousness state.

I make a note in my GRATITUDE journal

I've always been a rebel.
I've revolted. Sometimes to the point of cutting off my nose to spite my face sort of thing.

I've also been a pleaser, putting others needs above my own.

On the one hand there is obedience:

Saying " YES " , doing as I'm told. On the other hand there is saying " NO " and rebellion, sometimes out of spite.

I've had to do this in my fight for independence, but it is no longer serving me.

Rebellion and Obedience are conficting qualities in me.

So.. I think to myself ..." what is the synthesis of these opposites? "

Can't think

Oh well .. FEEL !!

I close my eyes and go within and then the answer comes .... FREEDOM ..Freedom to be who I am in all sorts of situations, with an open heart. Accepted and approved of by my Self and noone else .

And so it is ... for now :-)

I had the recurring dream again - getting married to a man I barely Know. *shivers *,

We are all at the church during dress rehersal.
I think ..." hang on .. I barely know this man ... I can't go through with it "
At the enterance to the church , I see another bride waiting.
" come on in " I say. " There's nothing happening here "
Then I watch as the young couple happily skip down the aisle to be married.
She is wearing a fairy - like dress in layers of different shades of green and he is also in medieval costume .. renaissance period , I think.
" Now THAT is how it should be " I think to myself and feel happy for them.

The living soul is a central experience, at the core of psychosynthesis. It is a depth of being which is transcendent to any conditioning. The realm of soul has, throughout time, been intimately connected with the healing arts and creativity. Dreams, visions, rituals, myths and stories have been ways in which people have sought to make contact with and express a deeper reality.

At the 300 year old healing spa village of Sätrabrunn, I got to experience the soul's yearning , its real yearning to express itself through us. Many languages were represented.I'm not just talking about English, Italian, French , German etc ... also Aesthetic language .. sound .. dance ..nature ...... song ..... body.... longing ....

My day started at 7 a.m. with a ritual and a real act of will. Still between two worlds, I roll out of bed , gather myself and walk to the well for a drink of healing spring water and then along a straight path , an alley of trees , leading to the church for morning meditation at 7:30.

PEACE ...TRANQUILITY .......LOVE ..............BLISS all before breakfast and the morning seminars, one every day.

My seminar, was lead by Gianni Datillo ; a wise and humble Italian / American / Jewish man who looked a bit like Bob Dylan , so well versed in the secrets of the Kabbalah , Alchemy and the 72 Words of God " which he graciously shared with us and not without humour.

Through excercises and meditations and sharing , we explored " The Language of The Soul , Beyond Words of Love and Hate " on three levels ; the intra- personal , the interpersonal and the transpersonal levels. Sound .. breath ..... inner sound .....to be aware ..to go beyond blame .....to know that the transpersonal is everywhere in every moment , in every breath and the third field that we create as co- creators , the field where the real relationship takes place.

Keith Sylvester's workshop , " Aesthetic Languages " was fascinating too. I discovered just how differently we perceive that which we know as beauty.

And then there was " AVIVA " a musical transformation drama ,conceived and produced by Lysanne Sizoo. Aviva is a young peasant girl whose name means Spring. She has danced through life she is a little more loved by the gods than anyone else but then her life falls apart when she loses her first baby. Still, the story is one of transformation and hope . There is a turning point, there is a place where healing is found .. that place where we can be ...just be........

Another evening , we were also introduced to the idea of the world café. www.worldcafe.com which we used to explore the question " Is there a higher purpose of this meeting ? "

Irene Brankin's workshop " Transpersonal Coaching " was also a gift and ended this blessing:

Anam Cara by John O' Donoghue ( Anam Cara means Soul Friend )

I met psychosynthesis practitioners from Italy, Holland, Scandinavia, France, Germany, Greece , Engoland , Scotland , Ireland , Switzerland, Finland connecting in the spirit of psychosynthesis and it has been an overwhelming gift. My heart and soul are full. I marvel at the willingness and eagerness of souls to meet and connect to facilitate the building of bridges between inner and outer, worlds and healing of the splits we create through our separateness.

There IS unity in diversity in action and I am so grateful. Love love love ................in all dimensions , PEACE.

This reminds me of the first time I saw someone who appeared to be having a rather loud and lively converstation with himself while walking down the road . " He's lost it " I thought .. when in fact he was using a handsfree mobile. lol . Still looks and feels weird to me when I see that.
