RT: I've heard that cardiovascular exercise can prolonglife; is this true?

A: Your heart is only good for so many beats, and that's it... don't waste them on exercise. Everything wears out eventually. Speeding up your heart will not make you live longer; that's like saying you can extend the life of your car by driving it faster. Wantto live longer? Take a nap.

RT: Should I cut down on meat and eat more fruits and vegetables?

A: You must grasp logistical efficiencies. What does a cow eat? Hay and corn And what are these? Vegetables. So a steak is nothing more than an efficient mechanism of delivering vegetables to your system. Need grain? Eat chicken. Beef is also a good source of field grass(green leafy vegetable). And a pork chop can give you 100% of your recommended daily allowance of vegetable products

RT: Should I reduce my alcohol intake?>
A: No, not at all. Wine is made from fruit. Brandy is distilled wine, that means they take the water out of the fruity bit so you get even more of the goodness that way. Beer is also made out of grain. Bottoms up!

RT: How can I calculate my body/fat ratio?

A: Well, if you have a body and you have fat, your ratio is one to one. If you have two bodies, your ratio is two to one, etc.

RT: What are some of the advantages of participating in a regular exercise programme?

A: Can't think of a single one, sorry. My philosophyis: No Pain...Good!

RT: Aren't fried foods bad for you?

A: YOU'RE NOT LISTENING!!!.. Foods are fried these days in vegetable oil. In fact, they're permeated in it. How could getting more vegetables be bad for you?

RT: Will sit-ups help prevent me from getting a little soft around the middle?

A: Definitely not! When you exercise a muscle, it gets bigger. You should only be doing sit-ups if you want a bigger stomach.

RT: Is chocolate bad for me?

A: Are you crazy? HELLO Cocoa beans! Another vegetable!!! It's the best feel-good food around!

RT: Is swimming good for your figure?

A: If swimming is good for your figure, explain whales to me.

RT: Is getting in shape important?

A: Hey! 'Round' is a shape!

Well, I hope this has cleared up any misconceptions you may have had about food and diets Mr. T

The Kite's message

you may remember the oic of the bird that Lara sent me. Apparently it is a Kite and it is in a zoo in Novosibirsk , Siberia. It has a broken wing and can not fly. Still he remains proud and retains his dignity .

Shamans believe that when animals cross your path there is a message there for you. THe Kite's message could be this :

" Kites teach us how to respond to people and situations with grace and gentleness. It reminds us to give as well as receive. When the kite flies into your life ask yourself the following questions. Are you experiencing the gentleness of life? Are you nervous, tense or anxious? Do you take the time to relax and enjoy the simple pleasures that life has to offer? Are you expressing kindness to others as well as yourself? The kite carries the promise of joy on its wings. All you need to do is listen to its message and apply yourself accordingly "

How are you today ?

Yesterday was a blue moon and there were intense energies around . So much coming in at this time. Our bodies are doing their utmost to keep up with the changes and changes in frequency.

Loving WHAT IS is the key. Loving what you have. Being here and now.

I asked IA , Are you over- identifying with the empath ? ( just a question ) because you are more than that. Are you over-identifying with " the sleepless one " ? That is your past. You can sleep. I know you can. I have seen you do it. Sleep might come at different times. Blessings dearest IA , All is well . You are exactly where you need to be.

What I say to others I also need to tell myself .

I've been dreaming a lot . Creative chaos is all around me and one part of me wants to organise . Last night I started loving my chaos- the clothes strewn over the place .. the mess .. the untidiness .... I started to love it .

" This is fantastic.. i can be as messy as I like and there is noone here to judge me or tell me off ( but myself ) It was so liberating .... such a funny thought...I felt like a naughty child who had got away with something hehehe It reminds me also of what IA said about her feisty and senile 95 year old mother in the nursing home. This is a soul who needs around the clock care and is totally dependent on others , but she realises that she still has command of her will and dares to exercise that faculty " see .. I can turn the volume up as much as I like " she says turning the knob on the radio right up and changing stations much to the distress of all around her hehehe bless her naughtiness !

My appointment at Karolinska has been brought forward to 18 June , 9am with a different doctor . I have started taking acidophilus capsules too.

Right this minute I feel joy .. happy .. I am happy about how we are beginning to connect. It only takes ONE to connect. Yesterday I woke up remembering D's hug when he greeted me on arrival at the airport in Dublin . The feeling felt like a reunion and it was the best hug that I have ever had in my life .. and that is saying something ....I get all overwhelmed and teary eyed experiencing it again.

I do understand what people mean now when they talk about " soul connections " .. I feel it .. I know it .
