I'm finding it hard to sit at the computer too long - lumbago like pains ... divine comedy .. so I've just replied to private posts and hopefully I 'll get round to reading more tomorrow.

Had paperwork and stuff to do this morning.Left home Sunday evening in a rush and didn't return till yesterday afternoon.

Plants were all gagging for water. The Prof, darling as he is , does not see these things and I didn't actually point it out to him.

It's been really hot and sunny here .
Had a couple of hours on the balcony sweating ..was like a sauna !
I'm drinking lots and lots of water to flush out unwanted substances and reading Barbara Marciniak's PATH OF EMPOWERMENENT - starting with the chapter on healing . IT's so inspiring and uplifting.

Now the sky is full of hot air baloons . 10:19 pm and still bright. Wonder if U'll see the moon tonight. It rises late .
