10:45 feeling quite dozy and sleepy yet needing to write and record thoughts. Need to express. Back is hurting which makes it hard to sit at the computer

Hans A. just called , dear dear friend. I felt so touched by his kindness and concern tears just flowed and flowed. Same response on receiving birthday sms from Daz, now back in S.Africa leaving for N,Zealand in 10 days. I am so happy we got to meet in Dublin in April. Feels even more meaningful and precious now. Bless him on his Path.

Maarja came round last night with lovely organic free range eggs .In Blogland friends are lighting candles for me and sending all manner of wonderful healing. I feel so overwhelmed and deeply deeply touched by all this amazing generosity of spirit. I mean , some of these people I’ve not known long and yet they are all in my heart. Spirit does not take much space.

Ok .. flood of tears and emotional outburst over for now. My that felt good. Relief .
