The only way to start to improve your life is to
start.
Once you're sure you're on the right road
there is no need to plan your journey too far
ahead.
Don't burden yourself with doubts and fears
as to the obstacles that may bar your progress.
You can only take one step at a time.
You don't need to know all the answers in
advance.
Just maintain a clear idea of the goal you want
to reach and the answers will come in their own time.
If you can get up the courage to begin, you'll have the courage to succeed.
It's the job you never start that takes the longest to finish.
Go after what you want and you'll get it.

And Acting
So Cool
The whole world just got thick
Again with God.
And everywhere I look
Makes me feel very proud
That all the objects and creatures
Can remain looking
So poised
And acting so cool
While keeping the Great Secret
So well
And not blissfully shout
All day long the Reality
I Am
- I Am the Wine!
The whole universe just got stoned
Out of its mind again
On the Beauty
Of God.

We're asking you to trust in the Well-being. In optimism there is magic. In pessimism there is nothing. In positive expectation there is thrill and success. In pessimism or awareness of what is not wanted, there is nothing. What you're wanting to do is redefine your relationship with the Stream.
We do not ask you to look at something that is black and call it white.
We do not ask you to see something that is not as you want it to be and pretend that it is.
What we ask you to do is practice moving your gaze. Practice changing your perspective. Practice talking to different people. Practice going to new places. Practice sifting through the data for the things that feel like you want to feel and using those things to cause you to feel a familiar place.
In other words, we want you to feel familiar in your joy. Familiar in your positive expectation, familiar in your knowing that all is well, because this Universe will knock itself out giving you evidence of that Well-being once you find that place.
We have enjoyed this interaction immensely. There is great love here for you. We are complete

All Is Well
It's cloudy and wet. Perfect for staying indoors and pottering around.
My plants on the balcony are getting a good watering, which is nice. I bought a couple of lavender plants on my way home yesterday- I adore lavender .. the scent and the delicate flowers. It does well on the balcony during the summer , but I have not go it to surivive the winter. Someone in Blogland gave me good advice which I shall try this year -- pruning back the growth.
Jill is on her way round and Mikael is coming round tomorrow. Two days of visitors . Nice.
Also , I am getting a little tired of Cranberry juice which I am drinking for my urinary tract infection. I think they make drinks far too sweet for my taste. Less sugar please .. and by that I don't mean that you can go on adding aspartame or artificial sweetner .. naughty naughty .. and very nasty !
At the beginning of my shift I placed a stethoscope on an elderly and slightly deaf female patient's anterior chest wall.
"Big breaths," I instructed.
"Yes, they used to be," replied the patient.
Dr.Richard Byrnes,
A nurse was on duty in the Emergency Room when a young woman with purple hair styled into a punk rocker Mohawk, sporting a variety of tattoos, and wearing strange clothing, entered. It was quickly determined that the patient had acute appendicitis,so she was scheduled for immediate surgery. When she was completely disrobed on the operating table, the staff noticed that her pubic hair had been dyed green, and above it there was a tattoo that read, "Keep off the grass."
Once the surgery was completed, the surgeon wrote a short note on the patient's dressing, which said,
"Sorry, had to mow the lawn."
