  • What was I thinking ?

What was I thinking ? lol logged off without a goodnight blog,a pause to reflect .....logged off without so much as a " by your leave " tut tut.

*yawn* have been looking you alkaline and acidic foods tables . apparently the average diet is far too acid and disease thrives in acidity.

The tables don't seem to be able to agree which foods are acidic and which are alkaline. Most confusing. To be on the safe side , stick to fruits and veggies. We are suppose to aim at a 75% alkaline 25% acidic diet.

" Drink distilled water " WHO the heck drinks that ??? I always thought that distilled water was only to be found in laboratories and used in scientific experiments . I've not seen any readily available in the shops - not even health food shops. Anyway .. to drink only distilled water must cost a small fortune . Blimey. It's a sad state of affairs when our tap water is no longer good enough.

Blessing water must work just as well, I'd have thought. See the work of Dr Massaru Emoto

    Prayer of thanks to water

    "Water, We Love You."
    "Water, We Thank You."
    "Water, We Respect You."

Then, just visualize for a few minutes that all the water on Earth is filled with beautiful golden/silver light of Love and Thanks that is flowing from the hearts of each and every one of us.

Ok , now I can go to bed :)
Love and peace in all your dimensions  night night x

  • Always think positive

You cannot always control your circumstances.
But, you can control your own thoughts.
There is nothing either good or bad,
only your thinking makes it so.

Things turn out best for those people
who can make the best out of the way things turn
    out.
It's not the situation, it's your reaction to the
    situation.

The reality in your life may result from many outside factors, none of which you can control.

Your attitude, however, reflects the ways in which you deal with what is happening to you.

Life at any time can become difficult.
Life at any time can become easy.

It all depends upon how you adjust yourself to life.

What you see in your mind is what you'll get out of life.

  • My weird dream last night

weird dreams , last night , though not unpleasant ,

I'm travelling with my Ex and the Prof as a young boy on the London Underground . We travel far out to stations I'd never been to . There are factory outlets there. We change trains a few times. We are supposed to be meeting up with Lukas and others in town.

Someone on the train feels sick and is given a plastic bag to vomit in. He then comes over to our side and throws the thing out of the window whcih nearly makes me throw up in the dream there and then !!

  • Off to the tip

It's noon time and I've just logged on only to log off again in a few minutes. Why ? It's going to the tip day today :) Hurray !

Valerie in Atlanta USA did not know what a tip was. They call it DUMP there- seems appropriate . It's their 4th of July there .. Happy 4th of July American buddies . Enjoy your day off. I don't think they get many holidays there - 2 weeks at the most - true ? Here in SWeden it's 4 weeks or maybe even 5 and than can be streteched out with careful planning if you include public holidays.

    Ah well.

I scrubbed the draining board today. It's on a tilt and stuff collects there at the other end under the dish rack.

Now I must remember to ring the charity shop. I remember that The Salvation Army comes and picks stuff up to sell at their shop. There is a lot of stuff that I don't need. The hardest part is sorting through everything as the dust sets my allergies off. Wearing a mask does not help either. I get sweaty and itchy . Shower and hair wash afterwards - a must .

Ok .. all for now .. hope your day has started well .. keep up thegood work .. toodles :) X
