Funny the things I notice as I browse through my friends' blogs in Blogland . Old_Nick .. I think your TAGS are fascinating ! :) They are not just words , they are phrases.

Random sample :

i'm so bad baby i don't care! (1)....
if only i had rememberd to do the audio option with these pictures (1).....if you cant trust yourself - hide your money. (1)in the right place this time and still going in the bin after 24 hours. (1) insane ramblings. (1)
it may be crap but i like it. (1) hehehe ...

reading that tag list was as entertaining as a blog :) My own tag list is so so boring, but I am getting better at locating posts. Have a great holiday:wave: Will miss you.

In other news .. 3 of my friends are down with stomach flu or something similar :(

Christina's is understandable .. back from 2 weeks in Dehli , India. Rashid has a sensitive tum ..he may be allergic to salmon and Penny was not feeling well after 2 weeks in Greece.

3½ lbs was not on tonight. Why ? :(
the sky is dark but cloudy .. little chance of seeing meteors flying through the skies :(

The moon is dark . During the next two weeks until the full moon I will be focusing on clearning clutter again.

And now .. off to bed. I will be in bed by 11 pm tonight :)) ....logging off now . kisses and hugs

PEACE zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

What I see from my balcony

by miramaze @ Sunday, 12. Aug, 2007 - 14:39:27

Meno asked me , what I saw from my balcony. Well, what I see depends on if it is summer or winter.

Below me is a day nursery and on a hot summer's day if I lean over my balcony or my window , I see their pool full of water babies.

I felt a bit strange taking this picture .. what if someone sees me ?

Otherwise this is what I see- the rooftops of Sundbyberg.

the paradox of life's journey

by miramaze @ Sunday, 12. Aug, 2007 - 13:26:27

"It is only when we realize that life is taking us nowhere that it begins to have meaning."
-- P.D. Ospensky

"All major mystical traditions have recognized that there is a paradox at the heart of the journey of return to Origin. ...Put simply, this is that we are already what we seek, and that what we are looking for on the Path with such an intensity of striving and passion and discipline is already within and around us at all moments.

The journey and all its different ordeals are all emanations of the One Spirit that is manifesting everything in all dimensions; every rung of the ladder we climb toward final awareness is made of the divine stuff of awareness itself; Divine Consciousness is at once creating and manifesting all things and acting in and as all things in various states of self-disguise throughout all the different levels and dimensions of the universe."
-- Andrew Harvey

"Look at you, you madman,
Screaming you are thirsty
And are dying in a desert
When all around you there is nothing but water!"
-- Kabir

"After changes upon changes, we are more or less the same."
--Paul Simon

Mumblings around noontime

by miramaze @ Sunday, 12. Aug, 2007 - 13:20:01

Heart and Soul greetings at Sunday around noontime , everyone !

I've been Waking up slowly .My favourite thing to do. It's a hot and muggy day - cloudy and close - you can't move fast even if you try sort of day - I love it !

Listening to the Essential Leonard Cohen again. The stereo has become even more tempremental lol Not only is it choosy about which records to play, but also WHEN it chooses to play. I put in a CD, it tells me " no disc " , I leave it in and then 5 or 10 minutes later it suddenly starts to play hehehe !

I've had breafast of eggs, stewed tomatoes and a fresh orange juice and banana smoothie.

Just seen pictures of Iréne's newly born grandson and his proud mum and dad. The miracle of birth . Touches me every time , even when I am not dircetly involved.
