Moon
Was amazed to see the waning moon today at 1 pm , beautiful pale silvery half moon in a pale blue sky Sun and moon together in the same sky. I remember that happening in Greece one summer entering Santorini harbour; the sun seeting behind us and the moon rising above the mountain. Spectacular.Magic.

From Being shrunk session

Frogs in dreams can be potential princes. Not princes yet, but things that need to be transformed.

So on returning home
Make it up as you go along scones
Spelt musli
spelt flour
oats
butter
a little grated cheese that was left over
baking powder
one egg ( didn't have any milk )
Put the whole lot into food mixer
et voila ....
spoon mixture onto baking tray lined with paper and into oven for 10 minutes at 200C.
Yum
Sort of Scones for tea.

Client
Client session was strong.
She'd brought the spirit of her grandmother. Alma , with her.
Very light and bright energies.
Alma felt like a fairy godmother.

At one stage she waved her magic wand in a sort of hunerous gesture to make a wish come true .

I saw her in pale blue grey , with a white lace collar and silvery hair. Confirmed by client.
A black and white cat was brushing against her legs and she was holding a yellow flower in her hand. It wasn't a marigold , more like a dandelion , but not a dandelion.

I Was guided a lot during this session and felt very energised by this presence.

Did the " Butterfly spread " for her : spirit animal cards laid north south east and west to represent the 4 stages of the butterfly

1. Egg stage
2.Larva stage
3.Cacoon
4.Butterfly

Badger ( agression ) mouse ( scrutiny ) Squirrel ( gathering ) Lizard ( dreaming ) all appeared with their message to answer their questions about work.

It all came together nicely .

I'm being " shrunk " again today We had some unfinished business last time. H. tells me he will be travelling a lot this autumn so we will be meeting less frequently.

Dream last night:
Rehearsing for a stage performance of some kind - dance I think. Joey from Friends is there doing a solo - crazy kind of dance )

I'm dancing along with the others except that I don't seem to know what I'm doing . The others all seem to know though. I have to improvise.Noone seems to notice though, which is a relief.

Also I remember someone showing me a chart - it's a circle that we divide into 12 segments. It reminds me of Abragams " Focus Wheel ". My inner guuide is probably telling me to get focused.

I suspect that the autumn will be busy and I'd better get my act together.
