Just caught the end of the programme

Have been feeling really sleepy all day.
Power nap helped, but still feeling zombie like.

Makes me wonder why I have created this reality ?
What for ? Maybe for the challenge of finding the joy in this present moment.

I remember I got up at the crack of dawn , because the Myrorna people said they were coming between 7 am and 2 pm. Didn't want to miss them as all the stuff has been cluttering up my hall for too long.

Rain all day
Cold
Damp

Not easy to get anything done.

I shall do some ironing in a bit.
Tomorrow is another day.

" Myrorna " (literally " the ants ") a Salvation Army Charity shop collected my stuff to day !!! Yippeee Half a dozen bags of clothes, shoes and bits and pieces , plus a set of corner shelves that I was tired of looking at .

I can feel the freshness and extra space.

A job well done.

A step in the right direction,
Still lots more to do , but I'm taking this one step at a time. Moving old dust around sets my allergies off something shocking . 3 days of blocked sinuses and watery eyes is the price I pay. Nothing seems to help prevent this.

So , now for some cleaning and re-arranging
