The veils continue to thin

No, it isn't haunted, it is just that the veils are often that thin! Others are describing similar experiences. There are new tones being heard and voices, music, crowds talking and more. If you are having these experiences, you are not alone! "

Does anyone know something about a Royal Mail postal scam ?

I've tried to copy paste the email I received from 2 people but for somereason it won't publish.

Postal Scam - BE WARNED!

Can you circulate this around especially as Xmas
is fast approaching -
it has been confirmed by Royal Mail. The Trading
Standards Office are
making people aware of the following scam:

A card is posted through your door from a company
called PDS (Parcel
Delivery Service) suggesting that they were
unable to deliver a parcel
and that you need to contact them on 0906 6611911
(a premium rate
number). DO NOT call this number, as this is a
mail scam originating
from Belize. If you call the number and you start
to hear a recorded
message you will already have been billed £15 for
the phone call.

If you do receive a card with these details, then
please contact Royal Mail Fraud on 02072396655 or ICSTIS (the premium rate service
regulator) at ( www.icstis.org.uk )
- BE WARNED!

Two most important muscles for great sex ?

The first one is the heart and it can be kept in top form by exercising your communication skills , sharing your real feelings, positive and negative with your partner for a deep connection. When your heart is engaged, each touch is electric and it's easier to surrender to love and ecstasy.

The second love muscle is the pubocoxxygeal muscle. Both men and women have pubocoxxygeal( PC ) muscles. The PC muscle is the one we use when we stop or interrupt the flow of urine.

In men a strong pc muscle gives superb ejaculatory control.

In women a well developed PC muscle gives easier access to orgasm territory and increases orgasmic intensity.
