Started reading " What you can change and what you can't " by Martin E.P.Seligman , PhD. who also wrote Authentic Happuness. Now that should be a good read , eh ? Anyway , went straight to the chapter about anxiety and found this:

THE MIND IS AN ANCIENT AND FAMOUS CAPITAL

Yep .. that's the mind for you.

Also,I boughta pair of comfy sneakers and paid the earth for them. Well you do, don't you when you want tootsies to feel good .Emphasis on comfy for broad feet. Present ones are so worn they are beginning to fall off my feet It is sooo very hard finding comfy shoes.Now it is done !
