When making creme caramel .. why does the caramel part stick to the bottom of the ramekin ? Otherwise they turned out perfectly
I tried one and it was smooth , perfect consistancy.A delight.What to do about the caramel though ? It's hard and brittle like toffee when it is supposed to be runny.
Went into town , bought lilies and roses in the market 
Came home , dumped flowers in water, did grocery shopping and bought two pressies.
Have dusted and cleaned a bit as well.
Wrapped pressies, cleaned silverware and my Indian brass candelabra as well as the angel chimes which I had to take apart to clean and managed to assemble. TRicky it was.
