I Can Do What I Love
Meditation by Orin and DaBen
I let myself experience a moment
of inner silence right now.
I follow my breath,
feeling my aliveness
with each breath.
I imagine myself
as a flower, plant, or tree.
I observe if I need anything
to assist me in looking
healthy and beautiful.
I have just the right amount
of sunlight and air,
of water and good soil.
I appreciate how beautiful
and unique I am.
My life is a work of art in progress.
It is growing more beautiful everyday.
I am the artist of my life,
creating, visualizing,
and using my imagination
to bring the beauty and love within me
into its outer expression
where I may experience it in my life.
I am unique.
I have a special contribution to make
that is mine alone to make.
I have a reason for being on earth,
I am like the flower, plant, or tree,
unique and special,
offering my beauty to the world.
I think of one thing I can do
that I love to do,
that I do well,
that brings me joy
and makes me feel alive.
I now do it!
I now affirm that everything
I do with my life,
is something I love to do,
that I do well,
that brings me joy,
and makes me feel alive.
I trust that the activities
I love to do
are my life's work.
The things I love to do
are my special gifts
I can offer the world.
I believe I can do what I love,
I know as I do
I am drawing to myself
joy,
love,
aliveness,
and abundance
at every level.
I now release those activities
that are not on my path,
so I may draw to me those that are.
I think of one activity
I am doing that
does not bring me
a sense of joy or aliveness.
I make a picture of myself
releasing this activity,
knowing that as I release it,
something even better will come.
I know I can have fulfilling,
satisfying days,
doing activities I love,
living in a supportive environment,
around people I enjoy.
I now affirm that as I do what I love
I am making the special contribution
I came to make.
As I do what I love
it makes me magnetic
to money and abundance,
to joy and aliveness.
I now do what I love
and came to earth to do.
