I agree with Mrs F on this one. Stick to simple and easy ingredients! I personally dont do prawns tho, something about their legs scares me 
Never thought about prawns that way lol They do look weird now that you mention it -but taste fantastic . Do you eat them ?

The spanish tapas recipe (gambas con alio or something) is good where you just fry prawns in loads of sliced garlic and olive oil with a single dried red chili. Bring it to the table still sizzling. It is lovely and the oil is delicious with nice crusty bread too.
