Bang, crash and woosh at 4:30 this morning wakes me up with the start. Blurry eyed I go to investigate and find that mybig living room window , which is never opened has been blown open by the wind. As it opens inwards , everything that was on the windowsill is now on the floor; Mr Amar Yllis's in pieces, pot shattered , soil everywhere and a lovely heart shaped mother of pearl box shattered. Newly bought speakers rattle a bit now when shaken , but still work.

It's a blessing that the big vase on the table in front of the window was not knocked over and broken, I would have been upset then. The aloe plant remained unscathed and the the other plant in a long metal container landed on its base, oddly enough. It could have been a lot worse.

Right. I h ave a mess to clean up . TTFN..

There was a film on , " Angel Eyes " romantic drama with Jennifer Lopez. Just what the doctor ordered.

Now I'm going to make my bed with freshly laundered sheets , have a shower and then dreamland here I come .
