We are all droplets of water in this huge ocean of LOVE.

I've been up since 6 am dealing with all sorts of stressful thoughts, examining them and then dumping them.

I've learned that when I wake up and cannot go back to sleep again , it's useless tossing and turning , I might as well get up for a while to write and unload.

It works . I'm feeling sleepy now , so I am going to crawl back into bed and see if I can dream a bit more.
