Today has been a good day

NG phoned , surprise surprise.

Bought nose spray to unblock my congested snotty nose - price I pay for moving dust around and shifting furniture

Champagne lunch with an old friend, H, at Diplomat felt like a reward. Our meetings are always joyful and uplifting. Heartfelt sharing as always. H. is a good friend and guardian angel. I could actually taste the champers and the food.

Evening meal far less glamorous but tasty - pasta with garlic, brocolli , roast almonds, ricotta and parmesanD

My life is so strange. Most of the time I am a nun or hermit in my cave and then something happens, I kick up my heals and enjoy the highlights.
