The sun is shining. Today is a good day. I've slept well and long and had a weird dream.. the weirdest yet.. one that my therapist will love 
It's a gory one and I've written it down , but I'm not sure I am going to post it here. 
I've spent the past half hour so trying to think of weird facts about myself. Not long ago , we did 100 facts , but what are weird facts ? Hard to think of something that is weird

Hey I had a gory one the other day, not sure when. Thankfully at the last minute the cavalry came wearing brown uniforms riding brown horses. I think it's a good sign. Hope so anyway! Is your therapist interested in any of the mystical or magical side of life?

That's interesting, Chassy. I also think it is a good sign.
I'm very lucky with my therapist, an exceptional man , very open minded and well versed in alternative thinking.
