    It is quaint , isn't it- a dolls house feel to it all.
    
    No, not shrines. I think they are for mail or newspapers I've only seen them in Gamla Stan.

    It's a lovely place Mira, typically European, I love the cobbles and paving, the buildings, the cafes and bars, the spaces, wonderful!
