I'm blogging from Brasco, on of my favourite cafes.

Just had a NESTS meeting ( network of English speaking therapists in Stockholm ) . It's nice not having to rush on to another place. I find this environment inspiring. Makes a change from the Blue Room. I can understand notbob liking to blog from his favourite pub

The food here is great too *remembers the Lebanese mixed veggie and bulgur salad earlier * mmmmmm

Is it the double esspresso or is the vibes here? I feel strong.... it's an invincible sort of feeling that I would so love to share .. to pass on. A couple of my friends have expressed their frustrations and I feel for them. I also feel and " KNOW " that everything will go well for them, even though they don't know it yet because from where they are , things look pretty glum.

Some things you just KNOW . You know what I mean ?

Anyway , It's time I packed up and made my way home.

ALL IS WELL AND UNFOLDING AS IT SHOULD... and so it is .. it is simply so .
