I'm not used to espresso 
I've not felt sleepy today thanks to the double espresso I had earlier on
No need for " ice-floes" today .
It was a diluted espresso .. " un caf้ along้ " 
It's just that I like the taste of espresso which is very different from ordinary coffee.
I'm not going to make a habit of it though.
I don'yt think my gizzards could take it in the long run .... but occasionally .. very nice.
It's been a lovely day.
Heard from DD , a friend from college days , and that is always a special occasion as I normally hear from him once a year at Christmas.. and it is every Christmas , without fail, bless him.
Also chatted briefly with Darryl in New Zealand who told me that his father had died 
They were very close. It hurts to hear. I gave him a big warm hug.
And so to bed ......night night
