Prof and Johanna were around to pick up the Aloe Vera juice and then went off to the J's parents country place.
I'm in my Sanctuary today , pottering around.

Dream last night was intense and illuminating. It's the sort that doesn't translate well into words. There's a circle of people or could be be souls, and I'm receiving messages telepathically .. a bit like having a conversation with " all that Is " . In the dream I also have a sense of being ONE with ALL THAT IS .. " this is what it feels like ... I am experiencing oneness " I think to myself in the dream. Right at the end I look down and see a patch of vomit ! Talk about going from the sublime to the ridiculous. Something was " spewed up " there
