Oh yes, at a party; nevermind.
Have marvelous news Mira, and it may as well be told here; Lennie is out of hospital, discharged yesterday. We supped together and he stayed with me over night. Still here and too witnessed this post when I was showing off your baby 'pidges' moments ago.
Showed him your candle yesterday, should have seen the delight glowing from him. Grin from ear to ear.
It's quite like a miracle that Len is up and able to get around; we're not sure what to do next. Only know he doesn't want to go back to that horrid house with the badly accessed stairwell down which he had fallen.
But Len has the strongest spirit I've ever encountered; he'll be fine in no time at all. Thank you again for the 'lighted candle.' It worked, of course.
