I've just been out on the balcony again and one of the parents is there covering the young pidges 
They've eaten the sunflower seeds too.
All is well !

LOl wicked thought ... no .. the chicks were there , but they were unsupervised
I was concerned that they would be too cold without mum or dad to keep them warm . Anway.. all is well now
