That's wot I'm making for the first time.
Started off following the recipe and roasting the spices for 30 seconds and then 10 seconds as instructed , but soon discovered that without certain ingredients that I'd never heard of before ,( Swedish names too LOL ) there was little point in sticking to the recipe so started to improvise - adding a bit of sweeet here and salt there.
It started off with marinating the fish fillets in lemon juice and salt ( I used hoki ..very Indian
I don't think ) and then rinsing them off.
Tastes good .
The sauce looks yellow in the picture , but mine looks brown . Ah well .. it does taste good ... so I 'm off to enjoy ![]()













i have a great recipe for fish curry from Nigella Lawsons book and it really is delish so if you want that aswell let me know and I'll 'fish' it out for you ....(sorry):blush:
