A plate of king Edwards, boiled , sliced sprinkled with herb salt and fried in virgin olive oil so that they are crispy and brown...especially the crumbs. Melt in the mouth goodness and yet so simple , washed down with a glass of Italian red wine .
I adore these simple pleasures and I am grateful.

I not keen on boiled spiced cigars...how can you light them after you have fried them???
