Some people feel a strong urge to build , create , become involved, achieve, make an impact upon the world.....Others , after the natural expansion that comes with growing up has run its course , lead an outwardly unremarkable, seemingly more passive and relatively uneventful existance.......

Had a physiotherapy session today. Foot is feeling wonky again. Fredrik played around with it trying to suss out what the problem was and I now have a referral to one of those orthopedic places for an ankle brace or some kind of support !

Just had a quick google and see that there is a world of support out there It all costs though
