Feet that is ... ouch 
Sought out the orthopedic shop that I was referred to for my wonky ankle. Alas not much joy there. Spent over an hour trying different things out , non of which seemed to help. I was so hopeful too. Disappointing Came out with a a sort of elastic bandage with two loops . Slip loop over toes and the over and under and round the ankle and then finally second loop goes over toes again 
Took me a while to get it right. Support yes , but not a solution. I suspect there may be a broken or cracked bone somewhere Will phone the doc tomorrow . Limping around is not much fun.
In other news - GLORIOUS hot and sunny day here. Had my lunch in front of Stadshuset overlooking the water and watching bus loads of Russian and Japanese tourists .
Now MacLappy and I are on the balcony as the sun goes down and it is getting cooler. Dinner was yummy - spinach and feta cheese pastries with tomato salad and a glass of chilled vin blanc. Just the thing. How was your day ? :Wave:
