oooh i am a bit of a giggler and i had acupuncture once (which was really succesful) but i didn't giggle that time -it hurt too much!

Different reactions every time,
For me it only hurts as the needle hits the right spot After effects are unpredictable though .. I often feel tired and the process continues all week !

hehehe I really don't know .. I just became aware of a sensation in my throat and thought ... ey up ... it's a giggle .. I feel a giggle coming on ... and that thought made me giggle even more
