My Note from the Universe today :

You don't have to take everything so seriously, Mira. Reality isn't black and white, answers don't have to be yes or no, and absolutely nothing has to happen today. Act when you're ready. Be led by your feelings. And the next time someone wants to fit you into a mold, just tell 'em that your jeans are in the wash, your angel's at the mall, and Oprah's on the other line.

Wondering about the origins  of " JULBOCKEN " the Christmas Goat , I 've learned that  Tor , the god of thunder ( our Thursday is named after him ) had a carriage drawn by two goats Tanngnjóstr och Tanngrisnir. It appears that this Christmas goat was place under the table and fed on bits and pieces from,the julbordet or Christmas Buffé table 

A popular trick was to sneak the goat in and out of  the neighbour's house unseen and return it to its rightful  owners and in the 1800s apparently someone was chosen and given the honour of dressing up as The Christmas Goat and give out presents- a sort of pre- Santa figure.

Come to think of it , I've always wondered about the father , the son and the holy goat ......
