In a word .... YES :)
Believe it or not , I have been feeling happy and jolly all day.

There were a few moments this morning that I chastised myself for enjoying myself on " frivolous , waste of time games " on facebook :)) BUT .. I have to tell you it was a happy hour .. it was fun. Wasted time ? Who knows ? Who can say for sure in the greater scheme of things? !!! See how easily we tell ourselves lies ;)

Around 1 pm I set out on a long walk :yes: Down Hornsgatan and over a very long high bridge to Fridhemsplan. It was a glorious sunny day , blue skies, and aroun 21 C. My bare white arms got sun - kissed and my back got wet and sweaty from the rucksack and jacket tied round my middle.

Acupuncture went well too and afterwards I returned a product I'd bought and regretted at the health food shop last week and was refunded my money , no questions asked.

Then , a short ride on the train and bus to the centre of town where I found myself a spot on the pier and ate my packed lunch after which meditation at Brahma Kumaris.

Back home ,sipping a chilled glass of Kir , I posted a comment on facebook that I was aching and stiff from all the exercise and received an indecent proposal in return from one of my friends :))

All in all ... a great day :)
There's a lot to be said for tapping .. I'm tapping in again tomorrow !
