Snored through my acupuncture session, needles everywhere. She added a few more this time as she will be on holiday for a month 
Yes - most of Sweden is on holiday in July.
Before the session , I popped in to see my neighbour , Elizabeth. Baby Franz is now just over 2 months old and a strudy happy little soul he is too. Looks like a little Buddha. He laughed and 'spoke' to me in babby talk and I was allowed to hold him. He kept wanting to stand up !!! Very strong he is... all muscle .
Also met one of the older neighbours, Kjell who was sitting on a bench outside the house. His wife had died suddenly in hospital two days before Elizabeth's baby was born. He was still sad and sounded fragile and confused.
After the acupuncture I wandered down to the main street in Sundbyberg where I met another neighbour, who complained about the heat a lot , but apart from that was fine. She and a friend were going to go driving around Sweden for their holidays.
Back home now and I'm feeling just a wee bit faint. I have decided to juice - fast today to give my stomach a bit of a rest and .. it is NOT easy. 
I am craving bread..rice .. potatoes .... proper food I can get my teeth into. Will try and hold out until tomorrow ...
