There are two things in my life that I am particularly proud of ; two things that have profoundly changed the course of my life ,

First ; meeting the Prof's dad , falling in love and giving birth to the Prof.
Second: finding Psychosynthesis ; Transpersonal Psychology often called " Psychology with a soul " and it all started with a 5 day intensive workshop called " Essentials " or Essentials of Psychosynthesis.

During these 5 very intensive days , together with a group of like minded souls , you get a taste of what Psychosynthesis is and how to use the tools , maps and models for personal and spiritual development - body , feelings , mind and spirit .

I've just googled and found that you can do Essentials workshops in Devon , Wales and Findhorn..
