The day has whizzed by.
Made a batch of gingernuts and Lena N. dropped by to return the sleeping bag she borrowed. 3 weeks in Peru and many tales to tell .. bathing in ice cold waters of sacred lakes and also hot springs, chewing of cocca leaves , high altitudes , long bus journeys to remote places without electricity ... shamanic rituals .....
Munched on biscuits and drank green tea.
I haz wanderlust or should that be wonderlust ? 
Not Peru , but Damanhur
*sighs* I have been on my way there for several years and not quite managed.
Now the call is very strong.
I intend to get there ... somehow ... soon
In other news, spoke to me mum. My sister called yesterday and shared her frustrations. Mum is a feisty lady with a wicked tongue and has been upsetting my sister who does SO MUCH to help and does not get acknowledged for it 
So today I listened to mum .. and listened some more. Since my sister had put me in the picture listening with equanimity came easier . I stayed calm .. it was fine.... and I do hope this listening helps.
